My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

This was The BEST experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, thanks to Sales Representative, Jason Goemer. A delight to work with. He was professional, wanted to meet the needs ands wants of my purchase. The Finance Dept was professional and helpful. Make ready had it ready for me in 2 hours.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I had the opportunity to meet Mike. His warm and caring demeanor put me at ease when buying my son‘s first car. He was knowledgeable and explained the car details. Great personality.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! 2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.
