This was a very easy process as I tried to buy my vehicle through 6 other dealers and Thompsons came out on top. There was one pretty big glitch during the final financial part that definitely gave me pause. The out the door price was more than agreed to based on the salesman not divulging a cost that didn?t apply with the interest rate I wanted. Big shock, but in the end after I thought it through, it was still the best deal for the vehicle I wanted.

For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

They quoted a fair and reasonable prize on a new GMC. Better than any other dealer

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Have had a 2010 single cab for 6 months. Love it so far but what’s up with the interior door handles, mine is broken and when I look at pictures of others for sale a lot of them are broken

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I have been to all of the Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area including Folsom. Future Ford in Roseville is by far the best. You can trust them. Some look at the suggested extra maintenance as just an extra expense. It is actually preventative maintenance. My Expedition has never ran better.

The most reliable truck you can ever put your money on. Don’t even bother thinking about comparing it with Dodge or Ford. Most reliable engine, zero electrical issues, minimal maintenance and smoothest ride. Love every single bit of my boy…

I bought a used Toyota Tundra at this dealership. At first the truck wouldn’t start and they put in a brand new battery. The windshield has a star crack in it and they are going to put a new windshield in. (I have a buyers order so it’s in the contract). The financing guy was a little pushy. (I didn’t want gap insurance) and when he told me what the warranty was going to cost I lost my temper and stormed out. There was no way I was going to pay $3,500. for a warranty! They came out and talked me down and sold me the warranty for $1. over their cost. Yes the warranty costs them $. I had no idea. They made sure I was happy. Get a good sales person- they are like your defense lawyer and fight for you!! I highly recommend Lisa Sporhn. Just ask for Mama Lisa, she is wonderful to work with! Also Christian (One of the managers) is a really great guy and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

I was looking for a Bullitt Mustang. Of course they had one. Their inventory is amazingly large. But the people were the biggest surprise. The guys at Future Ford were fantastic! There was no pressure at all from the salespeople—Junior and Shane were truly professional in everything they did. The test ride sold me. The ease in making the deal will bring me back to Future Ford. And they made me a screaming deal! John Le was informative and helped walk me through the warranty/maintenance options. I purchased one of several packages solely due to his information and my choice. There was no pressure at all. Had he tried to ‘sell me’ I would have bought none of them. If you need a Mustang, SUV or a Truck, go see Junior or Shane. I rate my experience as a 5 out of 5. Oh, and I LOVE the Bullitt Mustang!

My experience did not start out great and I left a scathing 1 star review just two weeks ago. I will refrain from repeating the particulars of the combination of events and experiences that earned them that initial review. Brian Zwald (GM) and Mark Roos (Fleet Director) reached out to me very quickly with offers to make the experience right. I was very skeptical that there was anything that we could do. At that point I had already ordered and paid a deposit with the another dealership and was content to wait the seven months for the car I wanted. In the end, Mark and I agreed to a very fair and reasonable price that didn't leave me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. It was almost like the no haggle, no bull crap experience that I wanted from the start. Even better, through some dealer allocation magic, I might even be able to get my car sooner (which to be honest was really the only concession they could offer to get my business back at this point since the other dealer had already done or agreed to much of what they offered). While there is no promise as far as exact time frames or delivery dates (Ford Motor Co still control the manufacturing process and dealer allocations), I am pleased that they are making the effort. I also want to give a shout out to Yves Salas (former Sales Associate of the Year, former Rookie of the Year award, and recently promoted - congrats Yves!) who Mark assigned to worked with me to get the new order going. He was very knowledgeable (I'm one of those people who will ask a question I already have the answer to, so that I can establish a baseline of trust when it comes to the questions I don't have answers for yet), not only about the vehicles he is selling, but seemed to have a great deal of awareness of what else the other manufacturers are up to as well. If only he had been the one working the lot when I stopped by back on December 23rd and had the experience that really started this all off. All of that being said, I am glad we could work something out. This will actually be my fifth purchase from Future Ford since 1999 and I never had a complaint or concern about my prior experiences. While things did not initially go as smoothly as any of us wanted, if things pan out as we hope, I strongly suspect they will see me again when it comes time to buy car number six. Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Dan took great care of me and my RAM. The service department folks were kind, professional and answered all my questions. Dan even took the time to pop my hood before I left to ensure that my oil level was spot on. (I had a negative experience at a different dealership service department last time I was in for service.) Had a great experience bringing my car into the dealership today, we were only programming another key. I was told it would take an hour and a half. I was out of there in 45 minutes and I got two new ducks to put on my dashboard!

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.
