Great assistance from service representative, no unwanted add ones, even told me one of the services I requested was not due at this time. Found out why I requested that particular service and told me I actually had another issue that was giving me the same issues a broken bolt in the exhaust system causing a reduction in gas mileage. My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

They were great just decided to do some thing else. I am taking my GMC in for service this week.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Took my 2500HD in for the oil change. Very friendly staff, took me to the waiting area and offered me coffee. The work was completed in less than an hour. I had a couple questions afterwards and everyone was very knowledgeable of the Silverado. Thanks Classic Chevrolet

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

Matt always takes care of my vehicle. He make sure everything is checked and the all fluids are filled. He's always. He's always professional and helpful and answering any of my questions I've been coming to them for many many years and do not like to take my vehicle anywhere, but to Mark Allen dealership for service because they are all experts and I know that when I leave there, my car has been properly evaluated for any issues and that Matt will always report to me. What's going on and come up with a plan if one is needed. For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

Not surprised the Chevrolet Silverado was named #1 Best Truck!! Overall, I highly recommend driving and owning a Silverado! From the way it drives to the technology with safety and convenience features, the Silverado is a solid choice.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Overall great buying experience. Everything went smoothly from trading in my GMC truck for a new Chevy. Saleman Aaron treated us so well and did everything he said he would do. William went over every feature thoroughly with us. We are very pleased.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

Bought a used vehicle with them recently. Process of buying and looking at vehicle was very easy and non pressuring. Brad was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everyone was friendly at the dealership. Only reason it’s not a 5Star review is because we had to wait for the financing department for quite awhile and it wasn’t busy at the dealership. That being said our experience with every person we encountered was very pleasent.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.
