The Morrie's Ford team in Sparta, specifically Seth were great to work with. I went there just starting my car shopping and bought an Escape that same night. It had an internal recall on a door, they provided me with a loaner until new door and paint job were done. I was a bit nervous about the new paint being a perfect match but as it turned out, it looks perfect. Morrie's sales and service departments are awesome and willing to do what they can to make you a customer for life. Im loving my Ford Escape. I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

Everyone at Morries ford has did everything to make sure I would get the vehicle I wanted. They never gave up. Seth the sales man was very nice and communicated excellent.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and diagnose the problem with my vehicle quickly.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

We had a great experience with this dealer. They were very nice to work with and treated us like people and not just car buyers. The vehicles they had were all gone over and what needed fixing was done even before they were put on the lot. Very good selection of new and used vehicles.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Had an amazing experience, the guys were very helpful and enjoyed showing me around the vehicle. Did a great walk around and broke down every single feature in the truck. Didn't miss a thing. Would highly recommend this dealer to anybody who wants to their car buying process to be easy and fun. Thanks!

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.
