I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

I purchased a used vehicle from and noticed it was not driving smoothly. I called and made an appointment. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

I was just going to look at a truck as I was not fully ready to purchase a truck. I was able to look over the truck go for a test drive and no pressure sales. I owed a bit on my trade and they where very willing to work with me on the trade and price of the truck I drove. I was so pleased with the service and professionalism that I called my bank and received my used truck loan and left the dealer with a new to me truck. I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting anything from used to new.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

On 16 May 2025 I purchased a Chevy Equinox 2025 EV from Nimnicht Chevrolet. My salesperson was Hans Ehrman, an internet sales consultant. I selected Hans from numerous sales personnel after reading their bios on the dealership website. I chose to communicate with him by email. There were no phone calls except for one from me on Friday afternoon, saying I was running late for our 2:00 pm appointment. The communication began on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon the sales was completed in person at the Nimnicht dealership. At the close of Thursday, we had agreed on a final price for the Equinox including awards, rebates, taxes, fees and a firm price for my trade. All this was done by email. From start to finish, Hans was the epitome of professionalism and answered all of my questions and concerns in a transparent matter. There were no games played with me and everything was straight forward. This is my third purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle from other dealers in the greater Jacksonville area and this by far was the best buying experience, because of the professionalism of Hans Ehrman. Evan always provides excellent customer service. In the past Nimnicht would include a courtesy car wash when your vehicle was serviced, but I assume due to cost restrictions, this has ended.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.
