I also appreciate Jason and his skill with explaining things as I signed the paperwork. When I decided it was time for a new car I didn't even look anywhere else. This is the second car that I have bought and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My son is very satisfied with my purchase and says it runs great with just oil changes! Before I stopped at Rossco I went to three other dealers. I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

We bought a 1969 Pontiac GTO from them. Dealing with them was great, especially Kurt. He responded to questions quickly and thoroughly. The car was exactly as described, and in great shape. We had shopped all over the country before finding Kinion. Another thing that impressed us about Kinion and the car, they owned it, they were knowledgeable about it and it wasn't a consignment.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Brady contacted me right away after building a TRX online. He showed me the Rebel which was also a very nice truck but we put in the order for the TRX! They ended up getting one 6 days later with almost my exact build and he got me in and out of the dealership within a couple hours! The truck is incredibly fast and luxurious, already in love! When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. I like the vehicle - design, comfort, everything one would expect of a small pick up. Sense I've owned it I've experienced 4 different time of starting problems and lately there's become a problem with the door locks while truck is in motion. They will unlock and lock themselves while driving on the road. This vehicle has 67800 miles, mostly highway miles. with the 4 starting problems it's no rime or reason. I try to start it, it won't start, I walk away and come back in 10-15 minutes and starts right up. I wondering if the locks and starting problem may be connected. I replaced the battery about a month ago. Don't see any connection with starting problem to that. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Had an oil change on 2 vehicles. Service was prompt and everything was explained on what needed to be done and what work was performed. I had a polite Tia looking oil leak that was investigated and was determined not to be an issue.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found one we liked on line at this dealership. We called the dealership and spoke with Dylan. He was very courteous and and answered all of our questions. We decided to take the 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Even though we did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were treated with the greatest respect and kindness. The only reason we did not purchase the vehicle was due to the color. Internet did not have a true likeness of the color. Dylan tried very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted but did not seem to be available due to the shortage of vehicles at the time of our search. Would definitely do business with Dylan in the future.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Not sure what to say. I need help getting the truck I like most. Have to see what happens.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Oil change and wheel alignment. Only had an alignment scheduled however I asked for an oil change at the dealership, and they accommodated me, Personable Service writer.

Overall I love This. Chevy truck. Aside from the minor issues that Chevy should have taken care of long ago Such as Intermittent transmission failureThat cost me $3100 at 60000 miles. And the power train output that could have been much more which I enhance using a super chip program that Actually woke this engine up the 5.3 by the way. And they should have long eliminated the active fuel management. But after all these issues I love the Chevy truck come on Jim get it together stop producing better track 2 better trucks less recalls don't make me jump Ship !
