My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. We stopped in and spoke with Nick who directed us to the vehicle we were particularly interested in - Nick was not pushy at all, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Jim, who also works at Vitali offered the same friendly service. When we decided to buy the Toyota, they made the purchase happen for us - even when we said we wanted to drive it home that same day! Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

I went in just kind of looking around. I had no idea what I wanted to buy, but knew I definitely wanted to replace my Cobalt. The sales guy showed me around, asked what kind of driving I do, what is most important to me in a car etc. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. I'm sure he gets commission but he told me "Let me show you what we've got. If a car is for you, it's for you. If it's not, it's not." I decided on a Subaru Forester. It's my first time owning one, and I'm really happy with it. No problems at all.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Car rides nice. Very clean. A bit of a hum when driving but according to other reviews this is normal and you can't hear it over the radio. Ac is ICE COLD!! Even for a 12 year old car. So far so good. Only had it a day so time will tell.

Wir besitzen den 2001 Tahoe seit 24 Jahren und sind so zufrieden mit ihm. Er ist perfekt für lange Touren und Ferienfahrten nach Spanien. Im Alltag nutzen wir hauptsächlich unseren Volvo. Der zuverlässige Tahoe hat uns bestimmt 40 mal an die Costabrava und zurück gebracht. Auch auf allen anderen Fahrten ist er ein angenehmer und zuverlässiger Truck. Die 300000km merkt man ihm nicht an, er fährt wie am ersten Tag. Reparaturen gab es keine nennenswerte, Reifen und Bremsen, Ölwechsel, alles günstig und überschaubar. Hoffentlich bleibt es noch lange so... Danke Chevrolet, für den ehrlichen und sicheren Truck!

I've owned a 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 LS for 20 years, 198,595 miles and it's still going strong...I've consistently changed the oil and have never had any issues. Of the 8 cars I've owned, including a 2012 Mercedes GL450, a 2006 Volvo 740, the Chevy is the most reliable, comfortable and least expensive car I've owned.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.
