I was car shoping online with several dealers. This dealership was not pushy. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. All the employees work with each other. When I was ready to purchase from them the process was smooth and hassle free. Their customer service is friendly and efficient.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Really impressed with the system that scanned my car in the service bay and displayed tire tread depths and four wheel alignment specs. Also alerted active recall notices.Waiting area is comfortable.Richard Contreras kept me posted on progress and advised on future scheduled maintenance.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Came here for service in June and Jenna was an amazing service tech. This woman goes well above and beyond to make clients feel valued and important. If I could give 10 * rating for her patience with all my questions due to this being the first American owned car I have ever owned I would. She has been ultra patient and kind as I bring issues to her that need to be looked at under warranty.

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

This is a great deal in Vacaville. With excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left with a lot of knowledge and a smile on my face. I really was intrigued by the Nissan Leaf and Grant helped me to understand the features. I'm so happy that I purchased my car here!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

Service was on time and complete. Service personnel were polite and professional.

Just what I wanted now I can see my trailer behind the wide dually fenders. With all the cameras you see around you a lot better.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

Andreas provided excellent service. He advised me to add oil, prior to my appointment, which probably saved my engine seizing.

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I bought a 2022 Tahoe RST with a 3.0 diesel engine absolulity love it comfort style handling plenty of power and MPG is city 27 highway 32 with a max MPG of 37 Anyone on the fence of getting the diesel engine My opinion its well worth investment

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully
