My husband and i are very happy that we drove nearly 2 ½ hours each way to buy a car we were very interested in. Sellers do not always leave a good impression on us, but this was not the case. Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and Noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us as the customer, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. I like the vehicle - design, comfort, everything one would expect of a small pick up. Sense I've owned it I've experienced 4 different time of starting problems and lately there's become a problem with the door locks while truck is in motion. They will unlock and lock themselves while driving on the road. This vehicle has 67800 miles, mostly highway miles. with the 4 starting problems it's no rime or reason. I try to start it, it won't start, I walk away and come back in 10-15 minutes and starts right up. I wondering if the locks and starting problem may be connected. I replaced the battery about a month ago. Don't see any connection with starting problem to that. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.

Bought her used. Reminded me at first look of a Yukon XL I'd test drive years ago. Except she's so much better than that 😁 I am a delivery driver, and even with the cost of a gas guzzling fiend, she is more than worth it. Like driving a pillow with wheels, only better because she's AWD and turns on a dime a lot like a newer Lincoln Town Car does. This place is a GREAT place to shop for a car! Absolutely NO pressure from the sales team! Carfax.com had a list of their inventory, so I went in to see the ones I liked in person. Normally when anyone sets foot onto a car lot, a salesman will swoop in on you, but not here. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and then Tony approached me and I showed him the cars I'd pulled up on carfax and we decided on one I wanted to test drive, he went and got the key, took a copy of my DL and away I went to take it on the freeway and test it out. I've often had a salesman ride along, but they let me take it by myself, which was great because I could take my time and if someone had driven with me, I'd have been nervous. Sonny, the manager, was very patient with me explaining all the whys and wherefores on my financing. I actually got turned down by 2 or 3 other places, but Sonny got me financing right away! He never once made me feel intimidated by the process. The day I picked up my new (used) car was an extremely happy day for me! Jerome picked me in my car and took me back to the office to complete all the paperwork and get my XXX on the dotted lines and wa la, I drove away in my Honda CRV! Their priority is to help people get into a car, not SALES. I really appreciate how smooth and easy they made the whole process!

Over all car is great. I’ve taken it on long trips. To get past the auto stop. Put the car in L and go to 6. It takes some time getting used to ,but it works. By doing this you will save your battery and starter. Car looks awesome detailed too. I get about 28 miles on the highway and around 26 in city. It’s reliable.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I use this truck for servicing semis and tractors and I love this truck def keeping this truck and the motor is great but the fuel efficiency could be better but I'm not complaining I love this truck I have a extended cab and I love it
