Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

Have had a 2010 single cab for 6 months. Love it so far but what’s up with the interior door handles, mine is broken and when I look at pictures of others for sale a lot of them are broken

This place is great! I ended up buying a 2002 Jeep they took in on trade. When I first walked in, I almost walked right out because all of the cars in their show room were so nice. I figured they wouldn't give me the time of day. But they treated me like I was buying a $70,000 Porsche. They helped me arrange financing and were very patient with me and my wife. My Denali was broken into Monday afternoon. They damage the door knob and I couldn’t get into out of my truck. I called Tuesday morning they said bring it in. They’ll take a look at it. They not only took a look at it, but they fixed it within an hour. they even washed and vacuumed my truck. I’ll give the service department a 5 star rating. Thank you

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I needed a vehicle large enough to put in an electric wheelchair lift but still have enough comfortable seating so my family of 6 can go places together. It’s very pretty too drives great also.
