Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. I recently purchased a late-model used car from Basil Toyota that I found while shopping online. I live in Rochester and liked the car enough to make the drive out to Lockport to check it out, along with my wife and mother-in-law. We were greeted by Rob Fraiser upon entering the showroom. Immediately, we were made to feel at home and at ease. He was straightforward and personable. I never felt any buying pressure, and he stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the possible purchase. Questions were answered directly and honestly. When I inquired why this car was being offered with so little mileage, and the answer was in question, Rob immediately left to acquire an answer from his service manager. A test drive was set up, and not knowing the Lockport area, Rob suggested a route to take that would give me a 20-minute drive at different speeds and traffic situations to get 'a feel' of the car. A deposit was put down, and we met the following Saturday to complete the sale and take delivery. It was a very busy sales day for Basil. Even so, Rob made sure we were comfortable and informed during the waiting period to complete the purchase process. All questions and concerns were promptly and professionally answered. I left with my new ride and felt like I had connected with a genuine nice guy.

Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. The sales staff was excellent to work with and very personable. I would recommend doing business here and will try to in the future. I flew there from Nebraska to make this purchase and was nervous. When I got there I soon realized I had made the right choice. Sales personnel were not pushy and very down to earth and didn’t not try to force anything on you that you did not want. After I bought the truck I jumped in it a drove home six hours with no regrets and no issues on the truck I picked.
