I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. Tom worked to get my sister the best deal possible on the car and had it prepped and ready to go in a short time for a Saturday. My experience buying a new car here was much better than I anticipated. Dave (salesperson) was professional, low key and pleasant through the process. They willingly negotiated the price and I was happy with the end deal. Dave came in the next day (on his day off) to go over the car thoroughly to make sure I understood things.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

Allen and Jesse were awesome in helping us get our new truck! Going into it, we sort of knew what we were wanting but hadn't had a chance to test drive any of the trucks we were interested in. We came in pretty late and Allen was nice enough to get us out on a test drive right up to closing time. Then both Allen and Jesse sat down with us to explain pricing and what we would be looking at in terms of a myriad of payment options without being pushy, which we appreciated, and we went through our needs for a truck to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our farm. Overall, they took great care of us and we are happy with our new truck!

We drove up from Kentucky on a rainy night to see a 2011 Mustang they had on their website. When we got there, we met Austin and had him show us the car. We took it for a test drive and were pleased with it. I would have liked to have been able to negotiate a little more off the price, but I understand that todays market makes that more difficult. This was my sons first big purchase so he was understandably nervous. I think Austins and the finance guys demeanor (sorry I can't remember his name) really helped my son through this. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my son is, so far, happy with his car.
