I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. They’ve earned our trust!

The people in the shop were excellent, except for I had a low tire and they didn't catch that. It shows on my receipt that they did a 27 point inspection? Wouldn't that include my tires? When I asked the cashier what some of the inspection colors meant, she had no idea and wasn't interested in helping me find out either. Other than that everything was wonderful, I got my oil changed.

This was my first car shopping after getting a divorce. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The staff is friendly. I have a 1 year warranty on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I had problems with my vehicle and had it towed to them. They found more items wrong and fixed them. They even attached my license plate for me. I plan on coming back when I need my next vehicle.

I took my Toyota back to Long's for service. They preached about their labor rates and service to their repeat customers. Had discounted labor and the service costs 1/4 of what I was quoted at Toyota lol. Bob has been there for 20 years and was fun to work with. Appreciate the help!

Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

I've been on a 4 yr hunt for a Black Cadillac CTS, Found a couple in Nebraska but the dealers weren't very Accommodating nor helpful. I found Longs on Car Gurus and was Impressed from the very first phone call. Wess managed get me in my dream automobile in less than 30min. The drive from Nebraska to St.Paul MN was well worth it. I have purchased three different vehicles from this dealer, and each experience has been great. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want. Good selection of vehicles. Robby was great. He is new to this work, he did follow up to make sure eveything is going great with the purchase. I would like to see this dealership work on the service department more, as I had multiple issues getting my vehicles serviced at this location.
