I love the video sent via phone with the service tech showing me what was completed and telling me the condition of various parts I had checked this visit. Oh my gosh, I agree you cannot say anything bad about Princely. This is my 5th car purchase and it went so smoothly. Princley treated me absolutely like a princess.
