My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.
