Nice vehicle.
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Spent a cold night in our dead truck with our dogs after having been deposited at the service bay by a tow truck after hours. When they opened at 7:30, the staff kindly welcomed us and our dogs to the lounge to warm up, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed our pesky truck and sent us on our trip home. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Isaiha was our salesman, and not pushy at all!!! The first day we stopped he answered questions and never tried to sell, just gave us his card. We shopped around and nobody could beat their price on the vehicle we wanted, so we went back. They offered more for my trade than I expected to get, and I had done my research. We were in and out in a couple of hours, paid less than we expected to! Went back to finance gym and he showed us the numbers. Then showed us other options, warranties, etc. When we said no, he didn’t try to sell, he just moved on to the paperwork. Overall, best car buying experience my wife and I have either one ever had.
