New and used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica minivans for sale near Berkeley, IL

This was a great place as soon as I walked in everyone way very friendly and attentive.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Excellent staff at this dealership. I highly recommend if you?re looking to buy a new Chevy and also for the service department.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

This dealer has a nice selection of used cars. They are part of a big dealer group and get trades from there other locations. They are reputable and the cars are nice. I would suggest checking them out. Great customer service, quick process, and nice cars.

There are some dealerships and then there is Betthenhausen Fiat! Great folks that made the process so simple!
