WOW! Nick P and the staff went above and beyond to help me lease the vehicle I wanted! Everything was ready to go and it was such an easy process!! I drove 7 hours to pick up the new vehicle they had for me and I would drive it again to work with them!

We have been car shopping for about four weeks. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been the greatest experience ever. Honored their online price and ran everything through my pre approval. I think it all has to do with salesperson. I sent Joe the info online, he answered, sent my pre-approval, he got it prepped, we were out the door in three hours This was awesome!

In for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a software update. No issues and work was completed early. Waiting room was nice and the complimentary snacks were great.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Dealt with David Martinez at Bettenhausen Jeep and had a very positive experience purchasing my new Jeep Trackhawk! While other greedy dealers were "trying" to charge $30K over sticker, David sold to me at MSRP which shows the true character of himself and the operators of this dealership. Service was great. They got me right in. They were able to do an oil change as well as rotate the tires. I didn't have to wait long.

The River Front service team took care of me straight away with the express oil change. I was also informed that a recall update was required for my vehicle.

I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward pricing. Sales people don’t work on commission, so not pushy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car! And the price was exactly what was advertised on cars.com - no added costs once I arrived.
