The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

Trying to buy a car was stressing me out. Finally found the one at Wickstrom Auto Group. Michael K was my salesman. He made the whole process smooth, efficient and quick. He really cared about making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Great teacher of the car and its abilities. I would highly recommend Michael. Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership).
