On December 11, I had an emergency situation. Unfortunately all of my vehicle I.D., plate and vin# was in my vehicle which I needed to alert police. I called Garaval Jeep where I purchased my Grand Cherokee, not last year but 2019. Am employee named "Joe" quickly got this information for me. I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting.
