Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. This is the only place to purchase your new jeep.... make sure to deal with Luke!!!.... he made the whole process easy and didn't use the standard high pressure tactics ... I'll definitely deal with him again in the future.... even though the place is being remodeled currently they still strive to provide the best service possible!!

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! She helped find a wonderful used option with every feature I wanted in my next vehicle. The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.
