I feel they get treated horribly by people these days because they don't look at it as they fixed it so your safe on the road. They even offer times so you can drop your car off and get you a ride to work and back. None of the other places I used to go to offered that! Well taken care of during travel problem.
Traveling to AZ from northern MN, had a DEF service notice show on the dash while going thru St. Paul. Called OMC and the service rep said bring it in. They checked our Ram 3500 for codes, consulted the diesel tech, and gave reconditions to proceed. No work was done, no charge for time taken and electronics used for diagnosis. We continued on feeling well treated and soundly advised. They are good people.
