I have a 2022 Jeep Compass that I am very happy with but was getting frustrated not knowing how to delete map locations! I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! Cara needs to be recognized for her patience and caring! She is a true asset to your organization!!

I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.

We had a transmission replaced and during the replacement a seal was damaged on the power take off for the 4 wheel drive. We had to bring it back in for a second repair and were without our car for an additional week. It was all covered and we were only out our inconvenience. The staff were honest with us on why this may have happened. I'm sure it was an accident, which happens. I gave 5 stars not because everything went perfectly, but because when there was an issue it resolved. The staff were honest and the situation was taken care of.

Went on Saturday 5/27/23 and Ben Carter was our salesperson. He was very easy to work with, listened to our needs and concerns. Very helpful, friendly, thorough. Everyone we dealt with at Bonneville and Son was friendly and helpful. Great experience and we left with the Jeep that we wanted.

Just yesterday, my Wrangler was due for inspection, it was a brand new 2024 I purchased earlier this year, but had July inspection stickers. I really didn't even think about when I bought it, but both my service advisor and the sales manager went above and beyond and did the inspection on their dime since I only had it a few months. I was not expecting that, but they truly take care of their customers!! I highly recommend them. So much so, that after my Jeep I purchased 2 more vehicles from this dealership, one for my wife and one for my youngest daughter, and a Hyundai at the Monroeville Hyundai dealership. 2019 Blazer check engine light kept coming on after replacing all 6 injectors has not had recurring issue Denny Svc Mgr went above and beyond and gave best discount that was possible. He is an asset to the Chevy Team. This dealership is the one to go to if there are in a reasonable range. Highly Recommend !!
