My 2016 Jeep Renegade, with 98k+ miles, was starting to need expensive repairs. So, I looked online for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that met my requirements and needs. My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He explained all the details of the sale and answered all questions I had about the vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership in the service department addressing a concern I had and he had my car check promptly and then explain to me what was needed and some additional wear and tear to be address on my vehicle. Ricky went above and beyond to have my car returned to me in a timely fashion on the same day and way before closing which was a plus for me since I arrived at 8:30 am in the morning.

Everyone there was polite and professional. I mostly come here for general servicing of our car but I have always received pretty fast service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them for keeping your vehicle running efficiently. I also like that they keep you informed by text of the progress of the work. One drawback is that they can use a little upgrade to the waiting room (ex. new seating and small refreshments would be nice). Otherwise, everything else was perfect!
