I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

We took a test drive, and he did not pressure me on the test drive asking about my trade-in, how much I wanted to spend, or what I wanted my payment to be. He matched my excitement about all of the cool features my new Mazda CX-50 came with, and I felt comfortable doing business with him. We talked numbers and they gave me a great deal and did not pressure me at all. In fact, I left Ottawa Mazda with a printed offer and an amazing trade in offer. I crunched numbers and looked for a better price within a 100 mile radius. No other dealership could beat the price they gave me on a CX-50. This was my third vehicle purchased from Ken Nelson. The price was fair, the procedure went well, everyone was polite and professional. The sales rep, Chris Morgan, spent several months looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs. With his patience, one was found. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He did a great job finding mine. I saw a van listed on Carfax for this dealer. I filled out the request info page ad almost immediatley was contacted by Jesse, that was on a Sunday . Monday we went in and test drove the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy, no showing us more expensive vehicles. We were allowed to test drive without the salesman. Our salesman was Jim. He worked with us to get a payment we could afford. Only one minor hiccup. We were told there were 2 keys available ,but then after all was agreed on ,there was only one . we were told they would et us the second key. They would come pick up the van get the key programed and brig the van back( we are an hour away from the dealer. As promised key was ordered Tues ,Wed the van was picked up an new key was made . They kept the promise that they made.

Nice large inside showroom to shop in warmth. Good selection of vehicles. Welcoming staff! Salesman Eli was exceptionally helpful, and Manager Josh worked with me to close the deal.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends.

The salesman worked with me thru text messages and answered all my questions. I was apprived fir a loan quickly thru their finance dept. The salesman picked me up and drove me to dealership. I was abke to drive the vehicle then. The finance gentleman was very thorough and efficient. The experience was all very positive and I would recommend buying from this dealership.
