Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. We worked with Michael Asencio at miller automotive along with Brandon in finance and had ann excellent sales experience with both. I visited three times total and each time met with Michael and he truly made it clear that he was family oriented, respectful of listening to my goals, worked with me on finding a car I loved in my price range. He was not pushy and was very personable. I highly recommend working with him if you can- he truly heard me when I told him my needs out of a vehicle and helped me find my dream car. 10/10 service!

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward pricing. Sales people don’t work on commission, so not pushy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car! And the price was exactly what was advertised on cars.com - no added costs once I arrived.
