We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak!

Absolutely Great experience buying a used Lincoln from the team at Wickstrom Ford/Lincoln. Our salesman Chris McCabe was very professional and went the extra mile in making sure we could make a deal. He did not add on any hidden extra costs like we saw at other dealers. Our negotiation was cut and dry and absolutely no feeling like we were being treated unfairly. Kelsey in the finance dept also went above and beyond clearly explaining our options and answered any of our questions without confusion. Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.
