I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I went in to look at a CRV and Zachary Thompson took great care of me! He even let me test drive it home to make sure it didn't scrape going up my driveway and fit in my carport. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The best car buying experience a person could ask for. There was absolutely no pressure and the staff was family oriented and very friendly. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

When I took my ranger in for repairs everyone there from Bill at the service desk to Glenn the service tech talked with me about what they would do to analyze the problem . Kept me informed about progress and needed repairs. would go back there again

I had a good experience with Nate and Gen; they weren't pushy, they were helpful in getting information, and they were generous with the test-drives (letting me go on my own for an extended time when Nate was busy with another customer). And the purchasing process itself was about as quick and painless as it could have been (though the manager could have kept the music down a little when I was trying to read all the fine print). I came to look at a specific vehicle and I purchased cash, so I can't speak to anything re: financing or getting recommendations from the salesmen, nor about their service dept. 4 stars because I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for 9am at a place 7 minutes away (Central Auto/Smisco) and arrived at the dealership 20 minutes early, but because the salesmen delayed in pulling the car up front and getting it gas, I got to the appointment 30 minutes late. Ended up being just fine in this case, but they open at 8am and were aware ahead of time so I didn't understand the delay. Also, I overheard another salesman trying to convince his customer to finance by saying "cash is hard to come by these days," which seemed like a poor argument, but make of that what you will.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I read some of the reviews and was appalled at them. We have NEVER had anything but an absolute perfect experience at Gossett KIA. I have owned two of KIA products and have always used the Gossett Service Department for maintenance and/or any other problems.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

They serviced my car fairly quickly and consulted me about service. The facilities are nice but not brand new. There was no way to change the TV channel.
