bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Hold to find a honest salesman in anything but Derrick Bunger broke that cycle. Did what he said he would do how rare is that.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

Dewayne was great and quick and efficient. I had a car picked out I wanted to look at and he was quick on getting us a test drive. After that I knew I wanted the car and he was quick working with the loan officer (can’t remember his name but, he was great too!) we were in and out in about an hour and half with my new car! I own a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring and LOVE it. I have to say ditto to what the ones who love this SUV have said; because it has taken me on many road trips thru Canada and back to the USA. I did add a roof rack before my trip to Canada. That worked! For my SUV had a full load with 6 adults and our luggage on top, and still had room for a cooler with water/soda and snacks for the trip. It does great on gas and before they put the stuff in the gas it did even better. It still does great on gas and driving. I try my best to do the preventative maintenance and make sure all is well before any trip. I trust my family in it and my kids have driven it to so many places on vacations and back. This is a great vehicle and I don't know why they stopped making this SUV. Any vehicle needs proper maintenance and that is the life of your car. I use this so much for moving furniture and people are so surprised how much my Pacifier can hold. From furniture and lumber to straw bales; and carrying my family to Florida and Canada on vacations this car can do it. Now my daughter borrowed it to go to Cincinnati with her friends and back home. Now I'm waiting to get my SUV back, but she has kept it to go back and forth to work, I guess she likes it too. I did a lot of research before buying it from CarMax and the 5 star safety is wonderful. I have had this SUV for so long and it still rides like new. You know you do have to buy new shocks and brakes, etc. after over 100,000 or more miles, so that helps with the ride. I don't even know how many miles I have on it now. It doesn't bother me I still love this SUV. I realize when the windows are down in the back you have to have your windows a little down in the front so you don't have the helicopter sound. I guess that's the only thing that I had to get used to. But that's okay and I know that's what I have to do now so no biggie for me. If they bring this SUV back, the things I would change would be that helicopter sound from the back windows when down. I would also add the back headrest on the 3rd row seats. My SUV seats 6 people. I would change that to 7 people. And I would definitely add the the roof rack on all of them.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Called in from out of state and talked to Josh. He was very helpful and took me seriously. Got the deal done over the phone including a fair price for my trade. Drove 2 1/2 hrs and paperwork was ready, entire process was easy.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.
