Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Tyler has been by far the most welcoming member of your service team. He made me feel like he was an old friend. He listened, showed empathy for my problem & was instrumental in getting my truck back on the road. Don't ever really want to go back for service of any kind but if i had to, he would be the man I would feel the most comfortable with.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Did not end up buying from them but they are very friendly and helpful. They wrote me non stop emails but at least theyre super willing to help.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I can’t say enough about the Shea Team from there car salesmen to there finance department, they honor in doing there very best to get you in what you’re looking for. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This Crossover is good in general,drive nice no problems,except the ignition switch or electronic components, most of them easy to fix, again except the ignitions problems. Sometimes it starts,sometimes it doesn't. I changed the ignition pin and the battery and the key batteries too. Most mechanics love to change starters just to make money out of the consumers,but they are all wrong. Not even the battery which is a group 34 is just a normal type. There is false connection around the ignition key and I messed with so many cables and now it is working fine.It is really annoying taking the dash apart and setting everything back again, but it's a lot cheaper than taking your car to any mechanic,because they are so dishonest that you can't trust them any more and now they are worse than before even knowing that most people are unemployed and broke,but they just don't care. Now the best parts of a Pacifica are the Engine and the Transmissions,no doubts .

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great place, worked hard, and got a fair and transparent deal. Will be back! Staff was welcoming and made us feel at home.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I recently had bought a jeep from this dealership. I have never appreciated someone so much in my life. I am graduating college this year and wanted to treat myself to a new car. I have great credit for a college student but with this being my first "big" purchase, it was hard for me to get approved. Matthew Carducci absolutely, hands down made the car buying process the easiest I’ve experienced in my life. I got to the dealership around 1:00 PM he had all the paperwork done, the vehicle cleaned, checked and everything ready to go, paper signed, and out of there in less than two hours. He also pulled some strings and had them put a full tank of gas in the vehicle. We even had time to sit back and chat about APPLE’s newest technologies and I even encouraged him to update the software on his phone, but she did right there. It felt like I was chatting with somebody I’ve known for a long time. They did not try to press any extended warranties or gadgets and gizmos and stuff. They made me aware that warranties were available and asked me if I want to explore that option. I declined and they never press the issue again. When I’m in the position to purchase a brand new one. I will hunt Matthew down!

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
