Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I recommend anyone that would like a good car sales person- Nick is the very BEST! I truly enjoyed working with him. I will definitely go back to Nick!

I recently had bought a jeep from this dealership. I have never appreciated someone so much in my life. I am graduating college this year and wanted to treat myself to a new car. I have great credit for a college student but with this being my first "big" purchase, it was hard for me to get approved. I found a jeep there that I liked and I would settle for because it was cheaper and I would have a better chance to get approved for. It ended up selling the night before I got there. With the help of an amazing car salesman, I was able to purchase my dream Jeep! So thank you!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Went for an oil change and was fast and friendly. Don't try to push things on you like those 1 hour places do. Would highly recommend!

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I drove passed several dealerships to get to this one. They had the car I wanted and Mark Ninomiya was superb from start to finish. I hadn't financed a car in 20 years and didn't want to, but my circumstances made it inevitable. Mark made it painless, I got the car I wanted, a payment lower than expected, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mark and Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep!!

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

They did a great job fixing are Jeep that was towed to them and fixed it a week ahead of are appointment time. The service manager new what was wrong with my Jeep even though we told him are repair guy at another place said it was ignition key problem we were glad we took the jeep to the dealer.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I call john Silly on the phone and wanted to lean about 2 veicles I was concidering. He was extremely knowledgable and very good at at his profression. What I liked most is he offered NO "pressure" to make me buy now! He did not turn me over to the F&I guy A.K.A. "The Closer" at most dealers. John gave me a payment that exceeded my expectations, and I did choose to buy the tire and the whel warranty, because he really made it understandable with the benefits. I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me . Once the transaction was completed he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the many features found on this car. He helped pair my wife and my phones and truly made me a future customer.

Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

Drove from pittsburgh to Michigan to buy a tahoe. It was everything we talking about over the phone and nathan was very helpful and made everything easy as could be. Well worth the drive!!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. This Crossover is good in general,drive nice no problems,except the ignition switch or electronic components, most of them easy to fix, again except the ignitions problems. Sometimes it starts,sometimes it doesn't. I changed the ignition pin and the battery and the key batteries too. Most mechanics love to change starters just to make money out of the consumers,but they are all wrong. Not even the battery which is a group 34 is just a normal type. There is false connection around the ignition key and I messed with so many cables and now it is working fine.It is really annoying taking the dash apart and setting everything back again, but it's a lot cheaper than taking your car to any mechanic,because they are so dishonest that you can't trust them any more and now they are worse than before even knowing that most people are unemployed and broke,but they just don't care. Now the best parts of a Pacifica are the Engine and the Transmissions,no doubts .

It seems endemic, you walk into a dealership and it's either 1) everyone jumps to see if you've been helped or 2) nobody even notices you've just walked in. The weekend I walked in, it was a mix. I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.
