I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I can honestly say that our experience could not have been any better. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I'm a car nut and these guys seem to be the same. I visited their lot and they have a great range of cars for all budgets. If you are someone on a tight budget but looking to get a lot for your money I would highly recommend Vision.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
