Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Our salesman Bruce was attentive and listened carefully. He was not pushy nor was he a 'pushover'' my wife and i.liked him. He took time with us and in the end we got what we were looking for... a 2018 XLE. Jim Stien was also patient, helpful and transparent nice combination for Fimacial advisor. Our overall experience with Kolosso was excelent. One I would recommend to others and repeat myself.

I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Our salesman, Cody Schuhart, was very polite and very helpful. We liked it that he wasn't pressuring us to make a purchase. He answered any and all questions we had. When we saw an interior color we liked he jumped right on it and found one in Oshkosh. When we made the deal the vehicle was in Appleton within an hour to hour and a half! Plus he is willing to help us with the vehicle options on how to use some of them that are new to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience in purchasing our 2026 Equinox.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We went to Boyle Auto based on their stellar reviews and we were impressed beyond measure. Mike and Jeff were the consummate professionals who took care of us from step one. Everything we experienced was as advertised and more. They gave us a very fair trade-in for our Jeep. Jeff stayed open beyond business hours to make sure that we could test drive and get our questions answered. We bought a 2009 Subaru Forester which was in fantastic shape and drives like a dream. I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!
