Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.

I didn't test drive the car, I could not complete my appointment after I learned the car had been repurchased. However, I would not hesitate to try again based on my follow up calls and the response I received.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have purchased 9 vehicles from Sheboygan Chevy and Chrysler over the years. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I will always give them the first shot when l go looking for a vehicle. They always did what they said they would do.

So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there. Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough. I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment. He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Process went smoothly. The staff was able to find a way to get us into a vehicle.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Speedy and very friendly. We were in a rush and they expedited the process. Gave a fair trade value. The free refreshments were definitely appreciated.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

No going to the DMV. All these little things mean alot to a person like me with limited technology knowledge. In addition, they made arrangements thru the dealership to get my new vehicle home. The day I went to "Holiday" was a true holiday! I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.
