I used to own one of these and I loved the car. VERY comfortable and has a very smooth ride. Handles like a car, easy to steer, very nimble. The engine had it's issues, light on and off, but it would ALWAYS start no matter what. The car is super comfortable and quiet tho which are huge plusses. Doesn't hurt that the exterior styling still looks nice today.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

This Crossover is good in general,drive nice no problems,except the ignition switch or electronic components, most of them easy to fix, again except the ignitions problems. Sometimes it starts,sometimes it doesn't. I changed the ignition pin and the battery and the key batteries too. Most mechanics love to change starters just to make money out of the consumers,but they are all wrong. Not even the battery which is a group 34 is just a normal type. There is false connection around the ignition key and I messed with so many cables and now it is working fine.It is really annoying taking the dash apart and setting everything back again, but it's a lot cheaper than taking your car to any mechanic,because they are so dishonest that you can't trust them any more and now they are worse than before even knowing that most people are unemployed and broke,but they just don't care. Now the best parts of a Pacifica are the Engine and the Transmissions,no doubts .

Came in with a plan for a Toyota Rav4 and left with it. Mike helped me throughout my first buying experience and was overall very helpful in understanding everything.

This car meet all my needs. Is a good car to get back and forth to work during the week and is good on weekend drives as well

I've owned mine since 2006 and it's the best vehicle one can buy for the price. I enjoy driving it. I've had no major issues with this car. I like the style Even though it's over 11yrs old the body style doesn't look dated. It's the best car to drive over the road, it's roomy for transporting six people. The fold down rear is the best. I've hauled furniture lawn mowers and all kinds of stuff and it road like a charm. My friend has an Outback and whenever we take it on the road, the road noise and the hard seats just wears me out. Compared to my Pacifica, it doesn't compare. I see the new cars and think I want one but I don't see anything that excites me as much as I love my Pacifica. I just hate that the new models are more a mini-van than the original Pacifica's. If they updated the original I might consider buying a new one. I don't want or need a mini-van. This is just such a GREAT ALL AROUND CAR!

I own a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring and LOVE it. I have to say ditto to what the ones who love this SUV have said; because it has taken me on many road trips thru Canada and back to the USA. I did add a roof rack before my trip to Canada. That worked! For my SUV had a full load with 6 adults and our luggage on top, and still had room for a cooler with water/soda and snacks for the trip. It does great on gas and before they put the stuff in the gas it did even better. It still does great on gas and driving. I try my best to do the preventative maintenance and make sure all is well before any trip. I trust my family in it and my kids have driven it to so many places on vacations and back. This is a great vehicle and I don't know why they stopped making this SUV. Any vehicle needs proper maintenance and that is the life of your car. I use this so much for moving furniture and people are so surprised how much my Pacifier can hold. From furniture and lumber to straw bales; and carrying my family to Florida and Canada on vacations this car can do it. Now my daughter borrowed it to go to Cincinnati with her friends and back home. Now I'm waiting to get my SUV back, but she has kept it to go back and forth to work, I guess she likes it too. I did a lot of research before buying it from CarMax and the 5 star safety is wonderful. I have had this SUV for so long and it still rides like new. You know you do have to buy new shocks and brakes, etc. after over 100,000 or more miles, so that helps with the ride. I don't even know how many miles I have on it now. It doesn't bother me I still love this SUV. I realize when the windows are down in the back you have to have your windows a little down in the front so you don't have the helicopter sound. I guess that's the only thing that I had to get used to. But that's okay and I know that's what I have to do now so no biggie for me. If they bring this SUV back, the things I would change would be that helicopter sound from the back windows when down. I would also add the back headrest on the 3rd row seats. My SUV seats 6 people. I would change that to 7 people. And I would definitely add the the roof rack on all of them.

she loved it , at 5 ft tall she could still see well enough out of it front and rear, i did install all time on rear veiw camera to aid her in backing and parking. she was 94 when she passed and drove it almost every day till then. i sold it and now wish i had kept it. best car we ever owned.

I own a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring and LOVE it. I love it’s great interior, with upscale design and finishes. I also love the acceleration that it has, with absolutely no problems on on-ramps. I love the bold exterior styling. I love the low stance with a higher seat height. Everything about this car is great, except for sometimes the interior rattles when going over bumps.

We’re very nice got back to me right away but I couldn’t get there they were farther then I thought. .

We bought our 2006 chrysler pacifica at 111,000 miles in 2018. I loved it dearly, comfortable ride, sleek look, great storage even with second seats up. It died on April 2024 at 188,000 miles. We kept all maintenance, and we bought it from the original owner. There’s no used vehicle on the market today that compares. Having difficulty looking for a replacement that has all the features it did.

Mechanics seem to DISLIKE IT. It is the absolute BEST for adjustability fit for comfort steering, seat adjustments incl. lumbar, foot pedals, etc. also climate zones. Visibility to rear is mediocre. I'm disabled, this car enables me... to travel 7hour trips and more !

Can't say enough good things about my AWD things about our Chrysler Pacifica. We bought a 2008 in 2015 with 223,000 and drove it for 2 years, 4 days a week to work 17 miles away one way. After it was totaled when my husband had a Deer/Pac accident we bought a 2007 168,000 miles and drove that daily with no issues until that too hit 3 deer, it still runs but need a little body work. :) Will buy another Pac if given the chance.

This car is very roomy and comfortable . Rides Nice & Smooth on the freeway and I've even had a few passengers fall asleep from the comfort of the car. We enjoy going on road trips and family vacations. This car is very reliable just keep everything well maintenanced and it will be faithful!! Oh yeah did I mention that it was sexy and luxurious.

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. Great handling car in all weather. Comfortable ride. Tire sensors keep breaking so that warning light is always on and notice for tire service keeps blinking. Expensive, worthless repair. Bad Dashboard problems.

I purchased a used 2007 Pacifica in 2012 with 96000 miles for $10,500. It is 04 15 2022 and I have 203000 miles on it. Other than oil changes I have not had to put $1 for any kind of repair ect. This year I do need to do an A/C repair. This has been the best car purchase of my life!!

I've owned mine for 4 years. For a so called " Soccer Dad's " car it's design is clean, sporty, and has the unique feature of round to square crossover lines. Meaning, car designers go from one to the other to make your car look older, pushing you to buy the "contemporary" / new look. This car never get old. I've had folks think its 3 yrs old...it's 14. ( My brushed lite gold w black helps). Interior is beautiful, nice soft lines, simulated woodgrain, all leather, NICE! 6 seats, folded plenty of carrying space. Engine, literally spent $500 a yr max. Peanuts...Totally LOVE my ride, so much so I'm transporting her 2900 miles for $1100 back east from Cali..Buy one! Great car.
