I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Made a trip up to West Chester to see the silver 2011 Cadillac DTS the had online. The car looked terrific, but I just am not sure I would be happy with a silver car after the last two DTS's being the beautiful red metallic - with neutral interior. Their vehicle is stored indoors in a museum type setting, so I was unable to take it out for a test drive. I told the owner that I'd call him after discussing it with my wife and give them time to have the car outdoors. The more I thought of it though, the silver color may be a deal breaker. My current vehicle is a 2016 CTS - in metallic red with neutral interior. I'm still on the hunt for a low mileage DTS - in the color combo I have. I've seen one available form a private seller with an incredible 5,500 miles in Raleigh NC - but they just upped the price from $42,000 to $47,000! Way out of range for 14 year old Cadillac that would be my daily driver, not a collector's item.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I had a great experience with Mainline, even though the process was not easy these guys made it very easy for me and surprisingly the team is very multicultural. There isn’t a language that they don’t speak which makes it very convenient. Thank you to sales Reps!!!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We were looking for a new Ranger, but couldn't find one nearby with all the features we wanted. That's when we found Lilliston and this 2024 like-new model. After reaching out online, and a few exchanges to work out some trade details, we drove over an hour to finalize the deal in person. The team welcomed us warmly and transitioned our service from Aaron to Shane seamlessly. Shane demonstrated all the technical features, which were new to us, and made sure we could operate them safely for the drive home. We did have to wait a bit to sign the paperwork, but overall a great experience and worth the trip!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

So glad I made this purchase. Very pleased with my Pacifica. Drives nice and I have lots of room and for a big van its easy to navigate. The remote start will spoil me along with the heated seats and wheel. I will not be trading this in anytime soon.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Regarding Stephan and Lauren's purchase of the Audi 2021 on 3/20 2024. Working with Judas and Bill Smith. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. OK well I have always owned a Chevy maybe five of them in my past. When the Pacifica came out I like the features of safety and the size room for everybody. Since I have had this vehicle I have had a couple of problems one problem that shouldn’t have happened until at least 50,000 miles. I have 19,000 miles on my car and I’ve had battery problems I am a little disappointed and now happy that I bought the extended warranty because I am afraid a bit of the future a little disappointed in the car. Hoping that from now on I shouldn’t have too many problems keeping my fingers crossed.
