Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Excellent Experience with Chase and David ! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car". Both Chase and David were professional, personable and so easy going to work with and New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are fortunate to have both on their team. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue with appropriate mileage to convert to a tow-behind (motorhome), and have to say that the car has exceeded all my expectations so far! I think I might use it also for perfectly normal "travel", it drove that well! They took care of a few minor issues before picking up the car, as they had said they would. The price was nearly $ 2000 below comparable 2008 Saturn Vue with similar mileage and condition! The buying process was simple, they were absolutely straight with no hidden fees or other tricks. Never bought a used car before (always new), but this truly was an eye-opening and positive experience!

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I was there about 4 hours total, they gave me a fair trade value for my ca. I was upside-down in the loan, but they found a way to make the deal happen. The staff I dealt with was kind and empathetic to my situation. I appreciate real people.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Randean was my salesman and he was more than helpful and understanding of where i needed to be in order to make the purchase. He was very professional but also very authentic and personable. In my opinion that made the car buying process less grueling. They didn't try to upsell me on un needed services or warranties and Randean was able to get the cost of the vehicle and my payments within a few dollars of where i need to be and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.
