Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Overcharged $6,450.00 forced nonsense options and MSRP above same car on lot with -1500 discount, trying to get a price for my loan check for my bank. Got online price with all taxes and fees and first responder discount/army discount. Close loop on price and get back added dealer options not requested of 900.00 brake light bulb, and 1,050.00 appearance protect and 3,000.00 MSRP surprise increase from yesterday solid Web price advertised. Mentioned other car in black shows -1,500 price decrease off msrp. Total 6,450.00 overcharge. Very interesting.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

If you're thinking of getting a Mazda from this dealership, just do it. They have been nothing but professional to me while we were negotiating over email. I had a new salesperson he needed to be more knowledgeable. He also forgot to put the temporary tag on it when I left the dealership. The manager had to drive it to my house.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I would recommend Kings Toyota to future buyers. The entire staff was great and very professional from managers all the way to the finance department. The Kia Telluride, which I purchased was not on site at their location, but my sales person went above and beyond And out of his way to make sure that the vehicle that I was wanting to test drive was there at this location the very next morning. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

We have bought 6 vehicles from them, and use them for service as well. Everything is always excellent. Joey in service is just the best! Highly recommend if you want a Dodge, Jeep or Ram
