I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

My first time with the Ford Protect CSP coverage. While I sure did not want a trans-axle problem -- I got one. The team at Gary Crossley Ford, including Zachary and Chad, got the issue corrected. This dealership remains excellent. The tops!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
