This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

My overall experience was excellent. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Eric McGee, Sales Consultant. He provided me with the opportunity to take my time to view the vehicles in the showroom, as well as to test drive the vehicles that interested me and my family. Throughout the process, he was informative and answered all my questions which provided me much needed clarity. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. In fact, I was at the dealership for over five hours without feeling pressured. This experience allowed me to make the best selection with a payment that was comfortable for me to make over the course of the contract. Eric informed me that he had been in the auto sales business for well over a decade and his years of experience were demonstrated throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, patient and informative. His connectivity with me and my family insured me that I was making the right decision in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. My husband was very happy with his honestly as well as his tending to us especially with my daughter with his help we were able to find a great family car that meet all go our needs with more additional features and our price range. My husband and I couldn’t be ever more happier with our new vehicle.
