After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

Tim assisted with finding the right vehicle, and Jennifer Baldwin is invaluable when it comes to CS, she definitely gets it. Trying out voltzwagon for the first time was easy.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Sold my car recently and gave me a very fair price. Over book value and more than twice what the nearby dealership offered. Good place to sell.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). Edit to add - there ended up being a much larger issue with the vehicle, requiring a remanufactured engine be installed. I want to be clear, the issue I had that resulted in a new engine was in no way covered up by the dealership - it just happened to be the reality of the situation. I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid is the ultimate road trip vehicle and is amazing around town. Flexible interior design, comfortable seating, and incredible highway handling and noise control make this vehicle a driving pleasure. Reliability +

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

I had a tire issue. Service rep ty Lucas was a gold mine of info and was able to convey my issue to the technician, who gave me an answer I could accept. Luther has helped us a number of times.

Not only practical, but efficient. Better driving then I ever imagined. Plugs in and get around 30 miles of pure electric driving before ever needing gas.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. We met with Blake Erickson who had excellent knowledge of the CX9 and answered all of my wifes questions about the CX9 and its technology. Blake was a pleasure to work with. Blake and his team were easy to do business with.

Plug-in electric hybrid, really the car of the future and only such in a mini-van thus far. Lovely handling and tide, very pleased. Traded in a 20016 Town and Country, this is the next version.
