Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the dealership for me. First things first, no pressure! I was braced to be swarmed as soon as I walked. But no, just a wide selection of vehicles, chill sales people and most importantly no pressure to buy. I told them the car I wanted to test drive. I just recently traded it in. I loved everything about my van! I'm still a little sad I had the bells you could think of , the stow and go is so needed, I loved how it handled. I never really had anything mechanically wrong with it that wasn't expected. Im not a fan of leather and the driver side cracked within weeks that I got it for NO reason. My kids loved the second row heated seats. I wish if had cool seats. Only complaint was the side monitors. I had to get them replaced 3 times. If I didn't get the warranty when I got it I would have never of gotten them fixed. They did stop working after my warranty was up and it would cost $1,000. I found a way on YouTube to fix the problem if I could have afforded it. Oh and when the side car monitors stop working it dinged and dinged and dinged .I tried to turn it off but the screen wouldn't let me. It finally let me after two weeks of dinging. I was going insaine! But over all I loved It. I would get another if I needed the room. I went down in size that's the only reason I traded it in. My kids are getting older. I traded it in at 157,000 miles.

Love my T&C! Comfy, reliable, has some power, looks good, rides nice, what's not to love. Had it 7 years so far and it's reliable which is very important as a family car!

This car is less expensive than all of the other minivans, and it's better - more roomy, just as reliable and much cheaper maintenance. A lot of extras that the other vans do not have like storage and fold away seats.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

They seemed very nice and friendly. No high pressure tactics one finds at a traditional dealership. Upfront with the issues involving the car. He gave us free reign in test driving the car or telling us where we could go. Also helpful in finding alternative ways in saving money on the car. The only gripe I had was they would not negotiate on the price at all. After picking out the issues with the car, he still would not budge. Thankfully the price being asked was fair so we didn't have a big issue, but still a little disappointing.

We bought our T&C in 2014 with 2,000 miles on it. We still have it. 9 years and 114,500 miles later, the engine runs like its brand new. Everything still functions. An oil casing, Alternator, and window motor on the front drivers side had to be replaced along the way. Yet, the engin, transmission brakes, all of the toys on it still run in top condition. If you are looking for a Cadillac like ride, reliable, spacious minivan, I would recommend Chrysler.

Bought this van the 1st quarter of 2017 with 10k miles. As of the 1st of 2024 my mileage is at 84k. I traded in my 2010 model. I find these vans to be extremely reliable and even though I purchased extended warranties have never had any type of warranty issues, actually no warranty work on either van, but I do regular fluid and maintenance, so I guess I wasted a lot of extra dollars due to their reliability. I am a big guy so I really like the seating, plenty of room for me. I also really like the Stow and Go back seats which gives me room to haul all types of stuff. I highly recommend these vehicles.

Bought a used 2014 T&C Touring with 70k for my wife in 2019 and she loves it. The 3.6L is more than adequate for getting this beast moving quickly at stop lights or merging with traffic on the highway. Fuel economy is pretty average for a minivan. The vehicle has 120k miles, and we've had no major mechanical issues so far. Its features list pretty well checks all the boxes for a family van. Dual zone climate, automatic side doors and tailgate, built-in wifi, 2nd and 3rd row DVD, Bluetooth, nav, command start, backup camera, etc. If you're looking for a used minivan to haul around a family, has decent cargo space, and a more luxuries feel to it, I would definitely recommend considering the T&C.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Syed, and staff worked very diligently to connect us to a car that we wanted from the available stock and to finalize the purchase.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Karl was very helpful. I know we paid a little more for the CRV but it had very low miles and the CARFAX showed a well maintained vehicle from the previous owner.
