I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Fantastic customer service. Tristan was great. Greg and even the GM, Armando. Highly recommend working with them. Last minute, we found a large scratch and they were actually embarrassed it had been missed. Jumped on fixing it and offered to deliver it to us when done. WOW factor!

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

They are efficient at getting you in and registered. They've remodeled the service reception area for the better. I thinking that making an appointment doesn't matter. It always takes at least 2 hours before they have a chance to look my truck over and text their findings. There's always something other than what I came in for that is recommended to be addressed. My main gripe is that they don't wash my truck. I've asked for it to washed when i checking in and when I receive my vehicle it isn't washed. It's a small thing overall but it gets me every time.

The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. Excellent reliability, no major issues. Do oil changes, tires about once a year, that's it. Very good fuel mileage. Tight turning radius, Handles well. Feels sturdy on the road, comfortable.

My name is Joseph Kouyoumjian during the first week in January my eye caught an internet Advertisement for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with very low mileage which interested me. I had a SRX years ago and loved it Spoke with Salesman Mike and Owner Kevin and I was invited to come take a test drive When I got there , the car looked like brand new, to my dismay.. when I opened the door to test drive the Caddy, I realized that GM downsized the SRX and , my luck, unfortunately I could not get in and out easily... I looked through the lot and inventory until my eye caught glimpse of a Candy Apple Red 2015 Ford Explorer Sport with Grey leather interior. This SUV looked brand new, had low mileage and ran great and very comfortable. I was sold.. Made the deal with my trade Kevin got me a great bank rate on financing .. Like all used vehicles, There were a few minor things that needed attention and repair on the Explorer. Kevin and his staff jumped on it, got in into the shop, took care of everything needed and I picked up the Explorer off to the races with an awesome fully loaded vehicle that I really like Almost 10 days since I've had the Explorer and I am happy and thrilled.. This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

I have had both the coupe as well as the roadster. Both are great for different reasons, my 1st was a 2004 Alabaster coupe with the cedar and dark slate interior. I wanted the roadster and got a stunning 05 Aero blue pearl coat, it was great too. 👍 Both cars handled very well and were gorgious. I can reccomend either. But I loved the 04 better and I kick myself for trading it. Buy one and enjoy every moment. It is all Mercedes-Benz all the parts and everything except the body is Mercedes. All built in Germany at the Karman factory. German technology at its best.
