Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I stopped in to look for a specific car and they didn't have what I was looking for at this time but I was very impressed with the wonderful service I received from Benny so I will definitely be back.Better than a high end dealership!will stop again!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Buying used cars takes work,,research,compare,have your mechanic inspect,only free guarantee with any new or used vehicle is sooner or later going to break down. Unfortunately same with people,employees and bosses get fukits

I just recently traded it in. I loved everything about my van! I'm still a little sad I had the bells you could think of , the stow and go is so needed, I loved how it handled. I never really had anything mechanically wrong with it that wasn't expected. Im not a fan of leather and the driver side cracked within weeks that I got it for NO reason. My kids loved the second row heated seats. I wish if had cool seats. Only complaint was the side monitors. I had to get them replaced 3 times. If I didn't get the warranty when I got it I would have never of gotten them fixed. They did stop working after my warranty was up and it would cost $1,000. I found a way on YouTube to fix the problem if I could have afforded it. Oh and when the side car monitors stop working it dinged and dinged and dinged .I tried to turn it off but the screen wouldn't let me. It finally let me after two weeks of dinging. I was going insaine! But over all I loved It. I would get another if I needed the room. I went down in size that's the only reason I traded it in. My kids are getting older. I traded it in at 157,000 miles.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.
