This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I bought a 2010 300 Touring Signature with 65,500 miles on it, and despite being a 12 year old car, it looks and drives like new. I have the 3.5L V6 (the upgraded V6, not the base engine). Some reviews have said that the 300 is underpowered if it doesn’t have one of the V8 engines, but unless you’re trying to hit 60 in four seconds and annoy the neighbors, it’s got plenty of power. This is a car that loves a highway—it’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of power for accelerating and passing. Handling is good, although the steering and suspension are tuned for highway driving more than performance. That’s not a criticism; it’s the 300 Touring’s intended use. I think a lot of the negative reviews of the 300 are from people expecting to do things it wasn’t made to do. The 300 Touring isn’t a track car or one to drive hard through the twisties. It’s a full-size touring sedan, and it’s absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t looking for a 300, although I’ve always loved the way it looks (along with its late cousin, the Dodge Magnum), and the price was right. I’m very happy with my purchase and I love everything about this car. We’ve bought a lot of Chrysler products over the years, and currently own 3 (a Journey, a 200 Touring I bought for myself and gave to my daughter, and the 300), and we’ve never had more repair issues than you’d expect for their relatives ages and conditions. Every Dodge or Chrysler we’ve owned has been very reliable. When I test drove the 300, another customer was waiting at the dealership to take the car if I didn’t want it, and two more wanted to look at it. There’s a reason—if you can find a low-mileage used 300, it’s going to treat you right. I’d suggest getting the upgraded V6 (3.5L) if it’s a model made before 2011. Don’t be scared off by the V6 unless you’re specifically looking for a muscle car. We’ve had four Chrysler products with the Pentastar V6 (an exceptional V6 Chrysler put in pretty much everything), and this one comes pretty close to it. It’s not your car if you want to go 140 on the track, but if you’re going 80 on the highway and want plenty of power left to pass, it’s fantastic.

Love my T&C! Comfy, reliable, has some power, looks good, rides nice, what's not to love. Had it 7 years so far and it's reliable which is very important as a family car!
