Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I posted a previous review that I was upset about the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. Posted the review because I didn't believe that they would help a customer out because of the previous reviews I read. This is not the case. After posting my review Alex R (GM) reached out to me and left his phone number so I could contact him. Alex is truly trying to change the perception of the business and is very professional. He sent me a check for the money I put into the vehicle to get the brakes fixed. He did not have to do this but he did. Before you over react as I did and posting a review, I would recommend contacting Alex. He's patient and listens to what you have to say. Never interrupted me one time. The few words he said were "what can I do to make this right." I think GretnaAuto has something good with Alex and I hope the see it themselves as well.

Love. It. Just wish had a little more of the true luxury appointments like those of the 70s and 80 s. Such as soft supple leather , real carpet etc...

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Austin was great to work with. When I got their location, the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I had a minor concern with it, after looking it over. And they took immediate care to resolve.

We had a lot of fun trying on different products and features to find what I liked, spending over an hour of his time being my personal shopper and walking through cars answering my many questions. I found my dream car and wasn’t ready to buy yet, but will be returning when I’m ready to make my next big car purchase!

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I purchased a used 2013 300 C with the V 8 Hemi Ive had it a month and fell in love with it as soon as I test drove it. Beauty meets Beast with the V 8 power. Great ride all the bells and whistles, even if it depreciates it’s worth it! I would recommend this car if you desire Quality interior, exterior and safety and speed

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Jared was easy to deal with. The explorer I purchased was priced fairly. Being an older used car it was not perfect, but was extremely clean for the age. I have had the vehicle for a week now and it runs and drives excellent. Jared did his best to get me financing at a good rate that I was pleased with. I would absolutely do business with them again. PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
