I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

I own a 2006 300c 5.7 hemi, I’ve owned this car for about a year last original owner was a 70year old who bought the car brand new off the lot in 2006 with that being said the cars in amazing condition the only complaint I had when buying it was that the navigation stick stopped working and a piece of the chrome was peeling back, everything else was immaculate, as of right now it just clicked over to 120,000 miles, I’ve replaced spark plugs, axle back exhaust cold air intake and a tune, last week the car starting throwing a code for losing communication to ecu pcm and it will need a new computer which I mean isn’t to big of a deal 4-500 dollars, but as of today it started also throwing a code for mds cylinder deactivation circuit stuck open which I’ll have to rip apart the intake manifold to access, all in all if your looking for a nice reliableish v8 luxury car and for the year I’d definitely recommend a 300c weather the 5.7 or the srt8, aslong as you keep up with general maintenance full synthetic oil every 3k miles, flush out your diff and transmission spark plugs and coil packs it will last you 200,000 plus miles.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

The staff at this dealership was extremely communicative and helpful. They honestly want to match customers to the right vehicle, and they go to great lengths to make sure their used cars work as well as possible. I certainly would recommend Mahwy Cars Inc. to all my friends.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.
