The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

This car has been so good to me. It does however have a problem when shifting from 4th to 5th gear and im not very happy about that. It started about 2 days after i got the car and has given me trouble ever since.

I purchased a used 2013 300 C with the V 8 Hemi Ive had it a month and fell in love with it as soon as I test drove it. Beauty meets Beast with the V 8 power. I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.
