I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I was shopping for a good used car when I stopped by Mira auto sales. I saw a 2013 Ford Edge that I really liked. After an easy talk with them I was able to get the car at really good price. The car is perfect and I’ve Been driving it for 6 months now and no issues at all. The folks over there are easy to deal with and were very helpful in answering all my questions honestly and professionally. I highly recommend checking them out before you buy your next car. I went through a bunch of used car dealerships while looking for a descent car to buy but the quality, the pricing and the courteous staff made my decision much easier.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

My service advisor Hannah Katinsky is a pleasure to work with. She schedules the service appointments for my two Toyotas. She is professional, thorough in describing the work to be done and the cost, and keeps me apprised of the status of the service. She is the reason we just bought a new Toyota from Fred Anderson.

PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

My Mom bought the 2007 5.7 liter 4x4, Chrysler Aspen new. Actually a demo car. It had 5k miles on it. I inherited it. It drove great, but at about 75K miles, the suspension started getting wishy washy, which I think makes my tires wear out faster. Have kept up all the mileage service requirements. At 100,000 miles had to have the radiator replaced. Now at 122K miles now need to get the bushings and tie rods replaced. The Chrome grill is just plastic covered chrome. Half of the display lights for the heater/AC controls have gone out. One little light bulb. 50.00. Parts are being discontinued for this car, but I think Dodge Durango parts can be used. I cart my 4 grand kids in it fine. and have towed our 2,500 lbs boat with it fine. The oil has to be changed every 3k miles on the dot. I do carry a quart of oil just in case. Sometime I think about getting a newer used car, but I can't find anything that can compare without downgrading. After reading other reviews, I think I will keep my Aspen as I think it can go a lot more miles. My Aspen has actually been very good to me.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Love my car. Everyone turns around looking at it. It's a headturner. The heated seats and steering wheel is my favorite but starting up with air conditioning on in this Texas heat is the best. I have MS and it helps me out the most. Have had it for 7 years and still love it!!!
