Over-priced car. Sales person very persistent. Very far away from my residence. Not sure if I am interested or not. Have owned three other Mustangs already.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The dealership responded quickly and were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. They also maintained contact even though I didn’t purchase that particular car.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Great family car but road noise needs improvement. I currently have about 59,260 miles on this car which I bought new in 2009, So far my unscheduled maintenance cost is $93.25 for a brake pedal switch in 2017.

Was in another dealership and saw the same jeep on line at SW - while waiting for offers - I messaged and set up buying process in a quarter of the time I was sitting at the other dealership. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

The customer service here exceeds the ?Call of duty!? The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it. The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket. A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn?t happy with the car! ?This is where we need to be at!?

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I purchased a used 2013 300 C with the V 8 Hemi Ive had it a month and fell in love with it as soon as I test drove it. Beauty meets Beast with the V 8 power. My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

I decided to switch to a different autonation, because the one closest to me has tried over charging and more or less trying to hustle me. I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, efficiency of the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Broadway and I?m coming here for now on.

Friendly service by Andrew, who set up the lease and gave us a slightly better deal than the completion and Kailie helped us to sign in to the Hyundai app. Also the finance guy didn't try to sell us unnecessary updates only an extra protection that might come in handy and reduces cost at the end of the lease.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I purchased second vehicle from them. Good quality vehicles, Koki was professional. I recommend them.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! This is the perfect car for me and my fiancé. We do lots of traveling and writing in it is a extreme pleasure. It looks nice, it rides nice and it performs nice.
